RULES &
REGULATIONS (VILAC/LIST/03)
This programme is exclusively for members
of APP Regd. |

1.
VILAC
2008
will consist of VILAC (Twelve Cycles)
& VILAC Micro four quarterly cycles
(February, May, August, and November 2008).
2.
VILAC
Micro will be sent through area coordinators
only. It will not be made available to
Participants residing outside
Delhi.
3.
Participant
will have to contribute Rs.
5000/-
for participation by Cheque / Draft (for
participants residing outside NCT of Delhi)
payable to “The Association of Practising
Pathologists (Regd.)” before
December 31st 2007
positively.
4.
Participant
will have to follow Changes in Rules &
Regulations made by Chief Coordinator in
consultation with Secretary and Treasurer of
APP, which will subsequently be approved by
Advisory Body of VILAC.
5.
Specimen
of VILAC will be sent usually on THIRD
WEDNESDAY
of every month to Coordinators except for
January Cycle. In unforeseen circumstances Chief
Coordinator after discussing with coordinators
can:

Cancel
the cycle/s or change the dates of
dispatch.
·
Add
or delete parameters to be examined by
participant.
6.
Participants
should communicate their results to Chief
Coordinator before 4:00 P.M. on dates
specified.
7.
Statistical
Analysis / Results will be sent to the
Participants as soon as
possible.
8.
Participant
will be responsible for picking up of samples
from Area Coordinators. Incase
participant does not receive an intimation to
collect them participant should get in touch
either with Area Coordinator or Chief
Coordinator.
9.
Certificate
of participation will be issued only
to:
- Participants
who will communicate results on time of atleast
10 out of 12 cycles.
- Attend
atleast TWO
out
of four VILAC discussions / APP Quarterly
Meetings. Records maintained by Secretary APP
will be considered final in this
respect.
- Participants
not following above requirements will be offered
VILAC 2009 only after approval of VILAC Advisory
Body.
10.
Chief
Coordinator decision on all complaints will be
final. However, he may refer the matter to
Advisory body for opinion.
